📢 PERKESO LINDUNG 24 小时保障计划最新公告
PERKESO 最新宣布，LINDUNG 24 小时保障计划（Skim Kemalangan Bukan Bencana Kerja） 已调整实施方式：
✅ 本地员工：自愿参加（Sukarela）
✅ 外籍员工：仍然强制参加（Mandatori）
📅 选择期限：2026 年 7 月 13 日至 2026 年 8 月 31 日
若本地员工不希望参加 LINDUNG 24 小时保障计划，必须在期限内通过 PERKESO LINDUNG Faedah Portal 提交 《Notis Pelepasan Liabiliti（责任豁免通知）》。
⚠️ 请注意：
若截至 2026 年 8 月 31 日 未提交豁免通知，系统将默认员工同意参加该计划。
另外，一旦选择不参加，员工日后将无法享有 LINDUNG 24 小时保障计划所提供的非工伤意外保障福利。
👨💼 雇主建议：
尽快通知员工最新政策。（建议这几天先观察官方更新)
让员工了解参加与不参加的保障差异后，再自行作出选择。
妥善保存员工所提交的相关文件，以备查核。
📢 LINDUNG 24 Jam Update
The Government has revised the implementation of LINDUNG 24 Jam.
✅ Malaysian employees – Voluntary
✅ Foreign employees – Still Mandatory
🗓️ 13 July – 31 August 2026
Employees who wish to opt out must submit a Notis Pelepasan Liabiliti through PERKESO's portal. If no notice is submitted by 31 August 2026, participation will be treated as accepted automatically. Employees who opt out will not be eligible for benefits under the scheme.
For Employers
Although the decision is made by the employee, employers are encouraged to:
Inform employees about the latest policy. (Advise to review any latest annoucement)
Ensure employees understand the implications before making their choice.
Keep proper records of any declarations submitted.

Mudah sahaja:
✅ Jika anda ingin KEKAL menyertai LINDUNG 24 Jam, TIADA tindakan diperlukan.
❗ Jika anda TIDAK ingin menyertai LINDUNG 24 Jam, anda WAJIB melengkapkan Borang Pilihan (Notis Pelepasan Liabiliti) melalui Portal LINDUNG Faedah.
📅 Tempoh penghantaran Notis Pelepasan Liabiliti:
13 Julai 2026 hingga 31 Ogos 2026
⚠️ Penting:
Sekiranya tiada notis diterima sehingga 31 Ogos 2026, penyertaan anda akan diaktifkan secara automatik sebagai MENYERTAI LINDUNG 24 Jam.
