📌 Know the Contract Stamping Process via STAMPS (Valid till 31/12/2025)
⚠️ Important:
STAMPS is only valid until 31 December 2025.
From 1 January 2026, stamping will move to MyTax.

📌 Employment Contracts Must Be Stamped – By This Month!

If your company has employment contracts that are still not stamped, now is the time to act.

✅ Stamp duty is only RM10 per contract
✅ But an unstamped contract may not be valid in court
✅ Late stamping may result in penalty & compliance risk

⚠️ Good news:
For contracts signed in 2025, LHDN allows penalty waiver if stamping is done by 31 December 2025.

📌 雇佣合约必须盖章｜这个月一定要处理！

如果你的公司还有 没有盖章（stamping）的雇佣合约，现在就是最关键的时间点。

✅ 每份合约印花税只需要 RM10
✅ 但 没有盖章的合约在法律上可能不被承认
✅ 迟盖还可能被罚款，影响公司合规风险

⚠️ 好消息是：
2025 年签署的合约，只要在 2025 年 12 月 31 日前完成盖章，罚款可以被豁免。

LHDN has announced the shutdown of e-PCB, e-Data PCB, and e-CP39 systems! 🚨

✅ Deadline: Submit all data & PCB payments for current and previous years by 15th January 2025!
📅 After 18th January 2025, these systems will only be available for display & record printing – no more payments or updates!

🔄 The new e-PCB Plus system is gradually rolling out for role registration & employee data updates (via mytax portal)

⚠️ Avoid penalties & last-minute rush! Submit early & stay updated!

📢 温馨提醒：雇主请注意！📢

LHDN 将关闭 e-PCB、e-Data PCB 和 e-CP39 系统！ 🚨
