LHDN 查账方式变了‼️🥵

进入 e-Invoice 时代，税务审查（Tax Audit）不再只是等到出问题后才来检查，而是会更依赖系统里的数据，进行持续 监控（Monitoring ）和 交叉比对（Cross-checking）。

简单来说，LHDN 现在可以更快看到：
✅ e-Invoice 的交易资料
✅ 开票、取消和调整记录
✅ Sales Record 与申报收入是否一致
✅ Buyer / Supplier 资料是否正确
✅ 明明有交易，却没有相应 e-Invoice 的情况

这些情况不一定代表公司有问题，但如果记录长期对不上，
就更容易变成 audit risk：

⚠️ e-Invoice 和 Sales Record 不一致
⚠️ 频密 cancel / adjust 发票
⚠️ Buyer / Supplier TIN 填错
⚠️ 发票金额和报税数字相差太多
⚠️ 有交易，却没有开相应的 e-Invoice

对企业来说，现在最重要的已经不只是“有没有开 e-Invoice”，
而是：

✔️ Sales Record 和 e-Invoice 对得上
✔️ Accounting、Tax、e-Invoice 三边一致
✔️ Cancel / Adjust 都有合理原因和记录
✔️ Supporting Documents 保存完整
✔️ 定期检查公司流程和资料

LHDN 已经通过 e-Invoice data review 发现部分 taxpayer 的 non-compliance 情况，也促使一些 taxpayer 主动处理之前没有申报的 income 和 其他税务问题。

🚨 e-Invoice 2个最新消息，SME 老板先看！

最近 e-Invoice 有两个重点更新，很多老板容易误会成：

“是不是 e-Invoice 取消了？”
“是不是暂时不用做了？”

其实不是。

这次的重点是：
政府给企业更多时间整理流程、修正错误，同时也继续协助企业降低 compliance cost。

#最新消息 1：主动更正 e-Invoice，暂不罚

PM 宣布：在 2027年12月31日之前，纳税人如果主动 review、update 或 correct e-Invoice transaction，将不会被 LHDN 罚款。

例如：
🔺 Invoice 资料有没有填错？
🔺 Buyer / Supplier info 有没有对上？
🔺 金额、日期、classification 有没有错误？
🔺 有漏 submit 的交易吗？

重点是：
不要等 LHDN 查到才处理，而是先把 e-Invoice record 整理清楚。

#最新消息 2：实施范围扩大 + 支援措施

除了更正宽限期，政府也提到 e-Invoice 的执行范围和支援措施：

✅ 年收入 RM5 million 及以下企业，已纳入强制 e-Invoice 执行
✅ 年收入低于 RM1 million 的企业，可豁免实施
✅ 与 e-Invoice 有关的电脑设备、软件开发或修改成本，可享一年内 full capital allowance claim
✅ 政府继续协助企业降低 compliance cost

对 SME 来说，现在最重要的是：
🔺 Sales record 和 e-Invoice 有没有对得上？
🔺 Accounting software 是否 ready？
🔺 Staff 是否清楚 e-Invoice 流程？
🔺 交易记录是否完整保存？

趁宽限期，把系统、账目和 invoice 流程整理好，未来被查才不会手忙脚乱。

🚨 Stamp Duty 罚款豁免再延长！

政府宣布，Stamp Duty Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme 再延长 6 个月。

如果你的 agreement / document 是在 1 Jan 2023 – 31 Dec 2025 期间签署，但还没有缴 Stamp Duty，现在还有机会补救。

重点是：

✅ 可享 100% Penalty Waiver
✅ 截止日期延长至 31 Dec 2026
✅ 符合条件无需 Appeal，缴付后自动豁免罚款

老板要注意，不是所有文件都可以拖。Tenancy Agreement、Loan Agreement、Share Transfer、Service Agreement 等文件，都可能涉及 Stamp Duty。

现在整理，比之后被追查更好。

⚠ 超过 RM10,000 的交易有没有处理？
