Appeal exclusion for my customers ✌️✌️✌️
Three years ago, this supportive customer bought herself a medical card from me . Before she bought it from me, she told me that she just had an eye surgery 👁️not long ago and she is worried that the insurance company would not accept her case😢. I told her not to worry, we can submit and have a try, and see how the company decides.
Soon after, the company came out with a requirement, and stated that they will only exclude her eyes . After she knew the requirement , she hesitated whether to buy this plan or not. I told her that the company still accepts to let you be insured, it just doesn't cover your eyes only for the time being. But don't worry, you buy it first, after two years, I will try my best help you appeal the exclusion and let the company consider to cover your eyes back.
🕐Two years later, I have successfully helped this customer appeal the exclusion, the company accepted to cover her eyes back and get insured.
