Please be informed that Access UBS Payroll 2022.1 release is now available.

The enhancements in this release include:
Malaysia:
- Malaysia LHDN Tax Relief Updates for the Year 2022
- Revised Malaysia Tax forms, CP8 and CP8d
- Tax update on Iskandar Malaysia Region
- 7 Bank file updates

You can update this version from your UBS Payroll software directly.
As a reminder, the minimum Malaysia EPF contribution will remain at 9% until June 2022. However, if employees wish to maintain their previous contribution of 11%, they will have to fill up the KWSP 17A(Khas 2022) form and the form must be kept by the employer for their records. The form can be downloaded from the EPF website.

It’s that time of the year where we plan our Annual Budget and Year-End Seminars, thus we have an exciting offer to ensure that our customers can attend even in the new norms of working during endemic.

For all Customers that Renew their Access Cover by the 15th November 2021, they are entitled to 1 FREE ticket to attend the event. This is effective from 1st October 2021, what does this mean?

This means when any of our customers renew their Access UBS Accounting/UBS Inventory/UBS Pos or UBS BSM cover, from 1st October until 15th of November 2021, they will receive 1 complimentary seat.

Sage UBS Mobile Licence Extension

Dear Valued Customer,

The recent government measures to control the spread of the Coronavirus has limited working from the office to only essential economic sectors and services. Working from home will continue as the default mode of operation.

To make it easier for you to access Sage UBS from home during this period by extending the mobile licence check out period to 31 December 2021 if you have a valid Sage Cover. This means that if you check out your mobile licence today, your licence will be valid until 31 December, instead of 30 days later, so that you don’t have to travel back to your office.

No software update is necessary. All you need to do is to check out your mobile licence as per normal.
