🔹 Job Hiring – Operation & Customer Support (Myanmar Office)
We are hiring a Myanmar national to work in our office for a Bangladesh online betting / casino platform.
Position: Operation & Customer Support Executive
Location: On-site in our office (Myanmar)
Salary: 10,000 THB / month (for experienced candidates)
🧩 What you will do
Handle customer support via live chat / Telegram / Facebook
Answer questions about deposit, withdrawal, bonus, turnover, basic game issues
Do cash-in / cash-out (manual top-up and withdrawal handling)
Check payment screenshots / transaction IDs, verify player details
Keep simple daily reports in Excel / Google Sheets
Help with basic social media & promotion posts (templates provided)
Support admin & back-office tasks and coordinate with other teams
✅ Requirements
Myanmar national, can work full-time in office
Experience in online betting / casino / gaming (customer service, cashier, agent support, etc.)
Understand basic deposit & withdrawal flow, bonus & turnover
Able to use computer, Excel / Google Sheets, Telegram, Facebook
Honest, careful with numbers, and a good team player
Language:
Burmese – required
English – must be able to read and write clearly (for chat and basic reports)
Bangla – a plus, but not required
🎁 What we offer
10,000 THB / month salary for experienced candidates
Office snacks provided: snacks, instant noodles, instant coffee, soft drinks
Probation period: 2 months
During probation: 3 days off per month
After confirmation: 4 days off per month
Salary increase plan:
After 6 months: +2,000 THB
After 1 year: +2,000 THB again
