The Audit and Accountancy practice of our firm is managed by one of our Partners who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. The quality of the audit and accountancy practice is governed by the Sri Lanka Auditing Standards and Sri Lanka Accounting Standards laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and we recommend our clients to comply with the Companies Act No.07 of 2007 and other relevant statutory requirements governing their business conduct.
