We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your work. The eROC system (Registrar of Companies – Sri Lanka) has been experiencing a technical issue since 14th July 2025, and is currently still down, affecting all company-related services and filings.
As a result, certain processes are temporarily on hold. Please be assured that once the system is restored, Colombo Business Consultant will immediately resume and complete all your pending work.

“The eROC system remains unavailable due to ongoing technical issues. The Department is working to resolve the issue and will provide another update once the system is restored.”
