Mr.Client :- Insurance policy එක ආරම්භ කල දවසේ සිට සියලුම රෝග cover වෙනවද..?

Answer :- When you start a Health Insurance Policy, most benefits start immediately.
නමුත් හැම health insurance policy එකකම First Year Exclusion කියලා rule එකක් තියෙනවා.

ඒ කියන්නේ policy එක first 12 months ඇතුළත common medical conditions කිහිපයක් cover වෙන්නේ නැහැ.

Examples ලෙස:
Tonsils / Adenoids / Sinus related surgeries, Hernia, Piles, Cataract, Kidney Stones, Varicose Veins, some spine and joint related treatments වගේ conditions.

මෙය permanent exclusion එකක් නෙමෙයි.
Policy එක 1 year complete වුණාම, මේ treatments policy limits සහ terms අනුව normally cover වෙනවා.

මෙම rule එක තියෙන්නේ insurance misuse avoid කරන්න.
ඒ කියන්නේ already surgery plan කරගෙන insurance ගන්න situation avoid කරන්න.

ඒ නිසා best approach එක තමයි insurance early start කිරීම.
එතකොට future එකේ medical need එකක් ආවොත්, you will have full protection and peace of mind.
