សហគ្រាស ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងលក្ខណវិនិច្ឆ័យយ៉ាងតិច ២ (ពីរ) ក្នុងចំណោមលក្ខណវិនិច្ឆ័យ ៣ (បី) ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. លក្ខណវិនិច្ឆ័យទី១: មានទឹកប្រាក់ផលរបរប្រចាំការិយបរិច្ឆេទគណនេយ្យចាប់ពី ៤.០០០.០០០.០០០ (បួនប៊ីលាន) រៀល ឡើងទៅ។
២. លក្ខណវិនិច្ឆ័យទី២: មានទ្រព្យសកម្មសរុបចាប់ពី ៣.០០០.០០០.០០០ (បីប៊ីលាន) រៀលឡើងទៅ គិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃបិទការិយបរិច្ឆេទគណនេយ្យ។
៣. លក្ខណវិនិច្ឆ័យទី៣: មានចំនួនកម្មករនិយោជិតបម្រើការងារចាប់ពី ១០០ (មួយរយ) នាក់ ឡើងទៅដោយយោងទៅតាមចំនួនកម្មករនិយោជិតមធ្យមភាគដែលមានក្នុងឆ្នាំ។
