Advisory Monthly Meeting: PMO & Portfolio Review | BDO Jordan, BDO Iraq, BDO Syria

This month’s Advisory meeting brought together the full team across the region, with a particular note of welcome to new colleagues who recently joined the function due to expansion of projects awarded. It was a good moment to reconnect, align, and integrate new team members into our ongoing work.

The discussion remained focused on core delivery and governance areas including:

Portfolio status across the region including key milestones and dependencies
Team allocation and alignment with project workplans
Roll-out of project size classification in line with ISO 20700
Proposal pipeline and success rate reflections
AI training session as part of ongoing capability development
Internal updates from the Social Committee


The meeting reflects how the Advisory function continues to grow while maintaining a structured, disciplined approach to delivery and coordination across offices.
