التأجير التمويلي المنتهي بالتملك:-
هو قيام شركة منوليا للتأجير التمويلي (المؤجر) بتملك السيارة وتأجيرها الى المستأجر مقابل قسط شهري ثابت لمدة محددة وبموجب عقد تأجير تمويلي يوثق لدى دائرة
السير وبحيث تمكن الشركة المستأجر من حيازة السيارة واستعمالها كما تمكنه من تملك السيارة عند التزامه بسداد كامل أقساط العقد . والحد الأقصى لمدة العقد حسب سياسة شركة منوليا للتأجير التمويلي تكون 5 سنوات.

التأجير التمويلي مع خيارات:-
هو قيام شركة منوليا للتأجير التمويلي (المؤجر) بتملك السيارة وتأجيرها الى المستأجر مقابل قسط شهري ثابت ودفعة متبقية في نهاية مدة العقد وبموجب عقد تأجير تمويلي يوثق لدى دائرة السير وبحيث تمكن الشركة المستأجر من حيازة السيارة واستعمالها طيلة مدة العقد وفي نهاية مدة العقد للمستأجر الخيارات التالية :-
حقه بتملك السيارة وذلك بقيامه بسداد الدفعة المتبقية (حسب القيمة السوقية).
حقه بإعادة السيارة الى الشركة.
حقه باستئجار سيارة جديدة بعقد تاجير تمويلي جديد.
حقه بتجديد عقد التأجير التمويلي وتحويله الى عقد تأجير تمويلي منتهي بالتملك.
علما بأن الحد الأقصى لمدة العقد حسب سياسة شركة منوليا للتأجر التمويلي (3) سنوات. Types of Leasing
Leasing ends with ownership
Magnolia leasing (The lessor) owns the vehicle and lease it to the lessee in return of fixed monthly instalment for a specific period and based upon a documented leasing contract through department of traffic, where the company enables the lessee of owning the vehicle and use it as well as owning it when paying all contract’s instalment. The maximum period of the contract and according to Magnolia leasing policy is 5 years. Magnolia leasing with options
Magnolia leasing (The lessor) owns the vehicle and lease it to the lessee in return of fixed monthly instalment and remaining payment at the end of the contract period and based upon documented financial leasing contract through department of traffic, where the company enables the lessee of owning the vehicle and use it through the contract time frame and at the end of the contract time frame the lessee has the following options:
The lessee right of owning the vehicle through paying the remaining instalment (Market value)
The right of returning the car to the company.
- The lessee has the right of leasing ne vehicle with new financial leasing contract.
- The right of renew the financial leasing contract and transfer it to Financial leasing contract ending with an ownership. PS: the maximum timeframe of the contract according to Magnolia Policy is 3 years.
