Job Title: Junior Business Development Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Officer to support the identification of new business opportunities, preparation of high-quality proposals, and coordination of client engagement activities. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in business development, consulting, and proposal management within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, including market analysis, online platforms, and networking.
• Draft, develop, and coordinate proposals and related annexes in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Manage and participate in meetings required for proposal preparation and submission.
• Follow up on identified opportunities and maintain communication with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and track business development activities using company-approved tools and systems.
• Participate in internal system audits and organizational quality reviews.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM).
• Prepare professional presentations and supporting materials (PowerPoint) for proposals and client engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify and analyze market trends.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage uncertainty, and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
