We are thrilled to announce two major promotions within our leadership team!

Charlotte Nixon steps into the role of Accounting Team Manager, recognised for her technical expertise, commercial mindset, and dedication to building trusted client relationships.

At the same time, Vanessa Walmsley has been appointed Director of Operations, where she will oversee day-to-day operations and help shape our long-term strategy following her pivotal contributions to the firm since 2023.

From the 2026 year of assessment, all taxpayers in Jersey will be assessed independently, meaning each person receives their own tax assessment and is responsible for their own bill.

Married couples and civil partners who meet the eligibility criteria can choose to submit a single joint tax return, but each partner will still be taxed separately.

⏰ Both partners must submit their election to file jointly by 30 September 2026 via the Digital Government Platform Dashboard or paper form.
