You are right but..... how can a transporter came to know that his turnover is above 5 Crores........ Check annual turnover all years since implimentation of GST (01.07.2017) if any year hit....... he is bound to take E invoice from the next year onwards ....... from that irrespective of current year turnover he is bound to take e invoice also........ so kindly keen up the matter....... Not such changes as you asked...... (Personal opinion only) let wait for others opinion also n
