📊 Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients.
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.
Handle queries, complaints & service issues effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups and portfolio review meetings.
Share portfolio updates, market insights & financial news.
Educate clients on mutual funds, SIPs, and investments.
Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM/NJ India system.
Track SIP renewals, maturities, and redemptions.

🔗 Key Skills
Excellent communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
Strong interpersonal & relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of mutual funds & financial products.
Problem-solving & client-first approach.
Ability to work on CRM/back-office systems.

💼 Eligibility
Education: Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in client servicing/relationship management (BFSI preferred).
Age: 25–30 years (Preferred).
Gender: Female (Preferred).
