*Important Update*

1. *HSN* Details of *B2B and B2C* Turnover have to be reported separately in *GSTR-1* return from *Feb'25* . So, kindly update your software accordingly.
2. From *01.04.2025*, *E-invoice* (B2B, CDNR, Export, etc.) cannot be generated after *30 days* from the date of Invoice/CDNR for taxpayers having turnover of *Rs.10 Cr.* and above. *For F.Y 2024-25*, all pending E-invoices should be generated by *31.03.2025*.

*GST UPDATES* : RELATED TO GST ON *RENT*

किराये की संपत्ति के मामले में,
1. यदि मालिक और किरायेदार दोनों GST के तहत Registered हैं, तो Tax का भुगतान करने की जिम्मेदारी मालिक की होगी।
2. यदि मालिक Unregistered है और किरायेदार GST के तहत Registered है, तो RCM के तहत Tax का भुगतान करने की जिम्मेदारी किरायेदार की होगी।
3. यदि मालिक GST के तहत Registered है और किरायेदार Unregistered है, तो TAX भुगतान करने की जिम्मेदारी मालिक की होगी।
