1. PVC Foam Board Operator (2 Positions)
Role Overview: Responsible for operating the extrusion lines specifically for PVC foam boards, ensuring thickness, density, and surface finish meet quality specs.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and run the foam board extrusion line (Screw speed, temperature zones).
Monitor the foaming process and adjust chemical dosing/cooling as needed.
Perform regular quality checks on board dimensions and weight.
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the die and calibration units.
Requirements:
3+ years experience specifically in PVC Foam Board extrusion.
Knowledge of lead-based or calcium-zinc stabilizers and foaming agents.
Compensation: * Basic Salary: $900
Allowances: $200 (Food)
Total Monthly: $1,100

2. PVC Pipe Operator (1 Position)
Role Overview: Focuses on the production of PVC pipes (uPVC/CPVC), managing the extrusion process from the hopper to the belling machine.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate twin-screw extruders for pipe production.
Adjust vacuum tanks and cooling troughs to prevent pipe deformation.
Monitor the printing/marking and automatic cutting machines.
Ensure the belling (socketing) machine is functioning correctly for jointing.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in PVC pipe manufacturing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications for pipe pressure ratings.
Compensation: * Basic Salary: $900
Allowances: $200 (Food)
Total Monthly: $1,100

3. Electrical / Mechanical Technician
Role Overview: The "all-rounder" responsible for minimizing downtime by performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on all plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical: Troubleshoot PLC systems, AC/DC drives, heaters, and sensors.
Mechanical: Repair gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components.
Maintain the chiller units, air compressors, and mixing plants (high-speed mixers).
Manage the spare parts inventory to ensure quick turnarounds.
Requirements:
Dual expertise in Electrical and Mechanical systems (Mechatronics background preferred).
Experience with industrial heaters and extrusion motor synchronization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of company fleet vehicles, especially Toyota and Suzuki Swift vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of vehicles
