As we know their are n number of opportunities in Finance, Accounts field but the new generation requires the practical knowledge of working in finance and Account as the old method of filling and maintaining books of accounts in

no more practiced in the world of E-commerce. But our Educational department has yet not updated the old method of books into updated technologies. They have promoted only basic knowledge of computer (like MSCIT) but it has different use in various fields and hence new generation lacks the practical knowledge of working in Accounts. Also Finance and Accounts are very crucial areas of business, and they cant take risk of freshers, thus their rise in demand of experienced people.
