Many times, when I talk to people discussing life issues what I realised cause of disappointment and sadness is:

They are stuck in the littleness of life.

We get trapped in small comparisons.
Small expectations.
Small fears.
Small conflicts.
Small versions of ourselves.
And in that littleness, we forget how expansive our capabilities truly are.

When we shrink our thinking, we shrink our possibilities.

When we hold on to minor setbacks, fleeting opinions, or temporary failures, we distance ourselves from the strengths, talents, and potential that are already within us.

The truth is:
We are not unhappy because we lack ability.
We are unhappy because we block our ability with limitations we’ve accepted as reality.
