Key Changes in MSME Classification:

For Micro Enterprises:

The investment limit has been increased from ₹1 crore to ₹2.5 crore.

The turnover limit has been increased from ₹5 crore to ₹10 crore.

For Small Enterprises:

The investment limit has been increased from ₹10 crore to ₹25 crore.

The turnover limit has been increased from ₹50 crore to ₹100 crore.

Effective Date:
These new limits will be applicable from 1st April 2025.

Impact on Businesses:

MSMEs will benefit from higher eligibility limits, allowing them to grow without losing their MSME status.

More businesses can now qualify as MSMEs and avail benefits such as subsidies, tax incentives, and easier credit access.

Up to 100Cr turnover Company now eligible for E-Samadhan Debt Recovery.
