Raising Product finance through issue of Bond/ FDI internationally and third party performance/advance bank guarantees through top Indian banks

I. 3rd Party Performance / Advance bank guarantee from top banks.
• Min 1 cr max 75 cr available via third party issuance from top scheduled banks.
• Tenor-1year 1 day
• Rate- 16+3
• Effective cost less than 5% of contract amount.
• No Advance.
• Issuance fee Payment to be made after issuance
II. Project finance by way of FDI 100 crore and above possible for Roadways, Waterways, Oil & Gas, Waste management, Education, healthcare and other social projects subject to eligibility, approvals and collateral.
• Debt Funding
• ROI - around 4% PA
• Security - 20%- 50% (as per risk assessment and credit rating by investor) of project amount to be secured by SBLC.
• Cost of SBLC issuance for 366 days- 6.5% (6.5% of 20% is less than 1.5% of 100% project amount)
• Funding & repayment in USD.
Initial documentation required to start assessment:
1. Entity's details.
2. Background and other relevant details of Founders, Shareholders, Directors, Executives & other important people with and/or behind the entity.
3. Approvals, all details, and progress of the project(s) needing funding.
4. Full financials of the Entity.
5. Financials, Cash Flows and Projections of the Projects they are seeking funding for.
6. Other influencing factors, to be disclosed by the borrower(s).
7. Proof that the borrower(s) can really obtain SBLC/BG of the funding amount they are seeking.
