Dear All,
Hope you are doing good!
I am here with a proposal regarding mutual tie-up for business development manager.
Here are the terms, I would like to propose
1. For each company (50-100 employee), I will pay you Rs. 1500/-
2. For each company (100-200 employee), I will pay you Rs. 2000/-
3. For each company (200+ employee), I will pay you Rs. 2500/-
a. In this agreement you will not be biased to bring a company in a fixed time. But I would like to make a mark here. I will be please to pay you bonus of Rs. 1000/- if you bring 3 companies within 10 days.
b. If you agree to these financial terms, then communication will be necessary as it boosts the bond. But you will not be forced to report every time as there is no such targets. It will be just healthy conversation if required.
c. There is no requirement of any kind of security as we are in open business for this.
d. I would like to start working under this agreement immediately but please do let me know your comfortable time to start.
Please let me know your thoughts on this. I would appreciate your initiative to this proposal and if you can let me know any of your term to add or you are interested in.
