I'll be there

If you have ever had to call a friend in the middle of the night, to take a sick child to the hospital, or when your car has broken down some miles from home, you will know how good it feels to hear the phrase "I'll be there." Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we are truly present for other people, important things happen to them and us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. Being there is at the very core of civility.

BHAGO BHAGO

I am at the Airport. The announcement to board has just been made. I can see people in a hurry to board and wait inside the plane instead of relaxing in the lounge.
Why do people scramble to board. By being first does one reach the destination faster? But people being a slave to their habits just cannot change even if the habit is absurd.
We see the same habit show itself in investment. People think investing is about timing and people scramble to invest at times which to them appears opportunistic even though it may not be so.
The smart passenger is one who relaxes in the lounge and casually walks into the aircraft and has a good flight.
Likewise a smart investor simply continues his SIP irrespective of the surrounding turmoil.
Taking things easy in an unflustered manner is perhaps only formula to success.
Isn't it?
