✅ ₹১২ লক্ষ পর্যন্ত আয় করমুক্ত (মাসে ₹১ লক্ষ গড় আয়) নতুন ট্যাক্স রেজিমে

✅ সেলারিড করদাতাদের জন্য ₹১২.৭৫ লক্ষ পর্যন্ত করমুক্ত, ₹৭৫,০০০ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডিডাকশনের জন্য।

✅ মধ্যবিত্তদের করের বোঝা কমিয়ে সঞ্চয় ও বিনিয়োগের সুযোগ বাড়াবে।

✅ নতুন আয়কর বিল সহজ ও স্পষ্ট হবে, করদাতাদের সুবিধা ও মামলা কমাতে।

✅ ₹১ লাখ কোটি টাকার রাজস্ব ছাড় দেওয়া হয়েছে।

🏦 TDS/TCS সহজীকরণ
🔹 প্রবীণ নাগরিকদের সুদের উপর TDS ছাড় ₹৫০,০০০ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ₹১ লক্ষ।
🔹 বাড়িভাড়ার উপর TDS সীমা ₹২.৪ লক্ষ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ₹৬ লক্ষ।
🔹 RBI-এর LRS-এর অধীনে TCS সীমা ₹৭ লক্ষ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ₹১০ লক্ষ।
🔹 PAN না থাকলেই উচ্চ TDS প্রযোজ্য হবে।
🔹 TCS বিলম্বিত হলে শাস্তির পরিবর্তে সময় দেওয়া হবে।

📉 কর পরিপালনের ঝামেলা কমবে
✅ দাতব্য প্রতিষ্ঠান ও ট্রাস্টের রেজিস্ট্রেশনের মেয়াদ ৫ বছর থেকে ১০ বছর করা হলো।
✅ দুইটি সেল্ফ-অকুপাইড বাড়ির বার্ষিক ভ্যালু ‘শূন্য’ ধরা হবে কোনো শর্ত ছাড়াই।
🏢 ব্যবসার সহজীকরণ (Ease of Doing Business)
🔹 আন্তর্জাতিক লেনদেনের কর নির্ধারণে নতুন স্কিম, মামলা কমাতে Safe Harbour Rule-এর বিস্তৃতি।
🔹 NSS স্কিম থেকে টাকা তোলার ক্ষেত্রে করছাড়।
🔹 NPS Vatsalya অ্যাকাউন্টে সাধারণ NPS-এর মতো সুবিধা।
🏭 নতুন বিনিয়োগ ও কর্মসংস্থান
✅ ইলেকট্রনিক ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং-এর কর সুবিধা নিশ্চিত করা হলো।

✅ ইলেকট্রনিক গুডসের উপর কর পরিবর্তন:🔹 IFPD-তে BCD ১০% থেকে ২০%🔹 EV ও মোবাইল ব্যাটারি উৎপাদনের জন্য ৩৫টি নতুন ক্যাপিটাল গুডস শুল্কমুক্ত
✅ হ্যান্ডিক্রাফ্ট, টেক্সটাইল, মেরিন প্রোডাক্টস, চামড়া ও রেলওয়ে মেরামতের ক্ষেত্রে রপ্তানি সুবিধা।
✅ শিপ ব্রেকিং শিল্পে আরও ১০ বছর করছাড়।

GSTR Return
Total 13 returns under GST. They are the GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-5, GSTR-5A, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-8, GSTR-9, GSTR-10, GSTR-11, CMP-08, and ITC-04. However, all returns do not apply to all taxpayers. Taxpayers file returns based on the type of taxpayer/type of registration obtained.
Eligible taxpayers, i.e. with a turnover exceeding Rs.5 crore are also required to also file a self-certified reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9C.
