Your quarterly TDS returns for July-September 2026 (Q2 of tax year 2026-27) are due by 31 October 2026. This applies to Form 138 (salary), Form 140 (non-salary payments to residents) and Form 144 (payments to non-residents). The TCS statement in Form 143 has due on 15 October 2026. Late filing attracts a late fee for each day of delay, and errors in PAN or challan details can block credit for your employees and vendors. Before filing, check that every challan is matched, deductee PANs are valid and the correct payment codes are used. Let our team prepare and file your Q2 returns accurately and on time.
