Friends,
We would like to intimate that the issue of upgradation of GP from Rs1300to Rs 1800for CP&SW recruited w.e.f.15.03.2010 was taken up first by our union since 2010 vide union's letter dtd. 11.10.2010.
SOME ASPECTS WHICH WE SHOULD NOT FORGET.
(1) Upon our persuasion just after one month CPO/M.RLY sent the issue to Executive Director /Pay Commission in NOV.2010.
(2)Our union brought the matter before AIRF for taking up the matter at BD.level on18.01.2011
(3)The AIRF taken up the issue at BOARD level on 12.02.2011 in his speech.
(4)After emerging as the single union through secret ballot in Metro Railway We included this item as agenda no 1 in the 1st ZONAL PNM of Metro Railway held in Dec.2013.After detail deleberation it was decided to approach the Railway Board for necessary action.
(5) On our request Com. Shivagopal Mishra GS/AIRF covered the item in his speech in the Board PNM held on 16th &17th JAN.2014.
(6)In 2014 Dec. the AIRF included this item as agenda where after detail discussion
the Board principally agreed to examine the issue.
Now, in the BOARD PNM(AIRF) held on 20th &21st May 2015 upon long debate the EDE(N) Railway BD.aggreed to sort out the issue at the earliest. .It was also decided that the CPO/M.RLY. will be called for on 28th May 2015 at Board for a discussion I It is mentionworthy that Hon'ble MR.was also present for sometime in this PNM.
Here, on 27th May 2015 our union officials met CPO/M.RLY and submitted the development of BOARD PNM and the relevent documents in support of our deman d was also handed over.
Now, today, it has been apprised both by the GS/AIRF and CPO/M.RLYover phone that the issue has been consolidated for ''one time relaxation'' by Hon"ble MR.
Friends our union is committed to fight till the issue is sorted out in our favour So 'keep the unity intact.
