**Job Title: Accountant**
**Salary Range:** ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Tally, Excel, GST, and audit. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage and streamline our financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports in Excel.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of audit processes and requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
