The due date for furnishing annual return in FORM GSTR-9 & self-certified reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2020-21 has been extended from 31.12.2021 to 28.02.2022. Notification No.40/2021-Central Tax dated 29.12.2021 to this effect has been issued.

Income Tax Due dates extended again on 09.09.21

Following due dates have been extended due to challenges put forward by the new Income Tax portal.

a. Non-Audit tax returns - Extended to 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏
b. Tax Audit reports - Extended to 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐
c. TP Report - Extended to 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐
d. Audit tax returns - Extended to 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐
e. TP tax returns - Extended to 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐
f. Belated tax returns - Extended to 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 from December 31, 2021.
