 Candidate should have good knowledge of internet and MS office.

 On line Searching of tenders / enquiry akin to company’s activities.
 Registering company in approved vendor / supplier / service providers list of
customers and visiting them in person if required.
 Prepare and submit offers on line and off line as per company directives.
 Contacting and meeting with prospective customers to get favorable responses for
offers submitted and to generate enquiry of favouring specifications.
 Arrange information required by production , design and other departments of
company from customer.
 Coordinate inspections, including Third Party Inspections (TPI), to ensure compliance
as per order. Customer handling during their visit to our company.
 Follow up payments, BG’s, Deposits, customer feedback, certificates from customer
on timely basis to avoid financial losses to the company if such things are delayed.
 Prepare Invoice, challan and to provide various documents to customer as per order.
 Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, progress, and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
 Update various lists & formats developed time to time for management decisions.
 Coordinate with other departments like Production, design, store, maintenance,
Inspection, etc. to align product with customer needs and organizational goals.
 Follow up suppliers of the company for raw material and other engineering services.
 To work to achieve various sales related targets assigned to you by the company.
 To & Fro transportation arrangement of job / Product with transit formalities like
insurance, way bill, etc.

Salary: Initial starting salary for first 6 months of training - CTC = 22,100/- and Take Home =
Rs.22,100/-

After 6 months of training

CTC = 25,000/- and Take home = Depending upon pay model chosen by him.
If candidate opted to execute a service bond of 3 years excluding training period then his
yearly increments of 10% will be fixed and assured for the next 3 years. The details will be

Job profile and requirement –

 Candidate should have knowledge of operating, testing and measuring equipments
like Micrometer, Vernier, Height gauge, Bevel gauges, Slip gauges, Bore gauge, Dial
gauge and other gauges/ instruments for carrying out inspection of mechanical parts.
 Candidate should know drawing interpretation, tolerances, machining and surface
finish requirements, various drawing symbols used during inspection.
 Candidate should have knowledge of computer and MS office to generate inspection
reports as per required format.
 Candidate is required to inspect all incoming raw material in form of forgings,
castings, rolled form or in proof machined condition as per company requirements
 Candidate has to carry out inspection of finished product as per company’s customer
requirement and approved QAP.
 Candidate is required to prepare QAP / manufacturing plans for submission to
vendors / customer as per training and information imparted to him time to time
during his service tenure.
 Candidate should carry out inspection of part sample for development of drawing
with design department.
 Candidate is required to carry out Non destructive testing like DPT/LPT, MPT,
Hardness testing, surface finish, etc. as per training and information imparted to him

 Candidate is required to carry out various activities of material identification,
segregation and maintaining its record as per requirements.
 Candidate will be responsible for upkeep & calibration of the measuring instruments
used in inspection and regular production.
 Knowledge of CMM operation will be an added advantage and preference.

new roles in the system.

Salary: Initial minimum starting salary for first 6 months of training
