We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Persons (ISPs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert insurance leads.
• Promote and sell Health, Life, and General Insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Graduate preferred
✔ Ability to work independently as well as in a team
✔ Good knowledge of the local market
✔ Familiarity with multiple insurance products
