Advisory to Ensure Timely Completion of Annual Filings for FY 2024–25

Dear Professional Colleague,
As you may be aware, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), through General Circular No.
08/2025 dated December 30, 2025, has further extended the due date for filing financial statements
and annual returns for the financial year 2024–25 to January 31, 2026.
We strongly advise completing the annual filings well before the extended deadline, as last-minute
submissions may lead to portal congestion and technical issues, potentially resulting in noncompliance.
We therefore request all members to ensure timely completion of annual filings for their respective
companies.

This relaxation applies to e-Forms MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS), AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS) and AOC-4 (XBRL) 🧾. All other conditions of General Circular No. 06/2025 dated 17.10.2025 remain unchanged. Stakeholders are advised to ensure timely compliance within the extended period ✅.
