*आयकर रिटर्न संबंधित विशेष सूचना*
आयकर प्रावधान अनुसार अगले वर्ष A.Y. 2018-19 का रिटर्न जमा करने की तिथि 31 जुलाई 2018 अंतिम तिथि समाप्त हो जाने के उपरान्त आप 10000 रुपये पेनल्टी के साथ रिटर्न जमा कर सकते हैं पेनल्टी का प्रावधान पूर्व में अपेक्षित था (आयकर अधिकारी चाहे तो)किन्तु पिछले बजट में इसे लागू कर दिया गया है अगर कोई व्यक्ति 31 जुलाई 2018 के बाद A.Y.18-19 रिटर्न जमा करेगा तो उसे 10000 पेनल्टी लगेगी ही क्योंकि सिस्टम बिना पेनल्टी के आप का रिटर्न accepted ही नही करेगा

*A. Y. 2017-2018 के संबंधित जानकारी*

अगर आपने अपना रिटर्न 17-18 का अभी तक जमा नही किया है तो उसे 31-03-2018 तक आवश्यक रूप से जमा करा देवे अन्यथा आपको बहुत सी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

जैसे सरकार के आदेश अनुसार आपका आधार कार्ड no. आयकर रिटर्न से 31-03-18 तक लिंक करना अनिवार्य है अगर आप पैन कार्ड से आधार लिंक नही करते हैं तो आपका पैन कार्ड no. dactivate हो सकता है।

इसलिए अगर आपका 17-18 का आयकर रिटर्न जमा नही हुआ है तो आप उसे 31-03-18 तक आवश्यक रूप से जमा करा देवे क्योंकि रिटर्न जमा करते समय आपको आपका आधार कार्ड पैन से लिंक करना पड़ेगा अगर आपके आधार और पैन कार्ड में कुछ मिसमैच हुआ तो आप उसे समय रहते सही करवा सकते हैं

एवं जिन लोगो के 2 साल के रिटर्न बकाया है 16-17 एवं 17-18 वो लोग भी अपना दोनो वर्ष का रिटर्न JANUARY - FEBRUARY माह में फ़ाइल करवा लें क्योंकि अभी आप 2 वर्ष का रिटर्न फ़ाइल कर सकते हैं किन्तु अगले वर्ष से आप केवल 1 साल का ही रिटर्न फ़ाइल कर पाएंगे ऐसा प्रावधान आयकर विभाग द्वारा संभावित है।

अतः आप अपना आयकर रिटर्न A.Y. 17-18 का 28 FEB 2018 के पूर्व जमा करे

नोट: जो लोग अपना आयकर रिटर्न हर साल मार्च के माह में जमा करते हैं उन्हें बहुत सी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है

अतः आप अपना आयकर रिटर्न A.Y. 2017-18
28 FEB 2018 के पूर्व जमा करवाये।
