Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CA Article or Paid Assistant at D K Gupta & Associates, located in Rishikesh, India. The role involves a variety of day-to-day tasks including assisting with audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparations. Responsibilities also include conducting research on financial laws and regulations, compiling and analyzing financial information, and interacting with clients for document collection and clarification purposes. The candidate might also support senior accountants with compliance and advisory services.

Qualifications

Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Accounting skills
Tax Filing, Compliance, and Regulatory knowledge
Strong Research, Analytical, and Problem-Solving abilities
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy or holding a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

Union Budget 2023 LIVE Updates: India's salaried class got its Budget due. The FM in her speech announced a rebate in n income tax limit to 7 lakh in new tax regime. The number of new slabs will be:
0-3 lakh- nil
3-6 lakh -5%
6-9 lakh - 10%
9-12 lakh-15%
12-15 lakh -20%
Above 15 lakh - 30%
For big earners, the highest effective tax rate has been reduced from 42.7 percent to 39%. The FM left LTCG unchanged.

There's no change in income tax Slab in Old Tax Regime.
