On 14 August, our Dehradun office came together to mark Independence Day โ with our Gurugram colleagues joining us on the call.
The evening was built around participation rather than speeches. Colleagues spoke about what a Viksit Bharat means to them. Teams competed through guessing rounds and a patriotic song challenge, where the first few notes were all anyone got before the guessing began. A freedom fighter enactment brought some of the voices of 1947 back into the room. Prizes went to the winners, and the tricolour stayed at the centre of it all.
What stayed with us was how easily the whole firm โ across two offices and every level โ showed up as one team.
