नई दिल्ली, करदाताओं के लिए सरकार ने एक राहत भरा ऐलान किया है। सरकार ने मासिक रिटर्न जीएसटीआर-3 बी और मार्च-अप्रैल के महीनों के लिए टैक्स भुगतान में देरी करने वालों के लिए लेट फीस माफ कर दी है। इतना ही नहीं देर से टैक्स भरने वालों के लिए ब्याज दरों में भी कटौती की है। सरकार ने 5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के टर्नओवर वाले करदाताओं को मंथली समरी रिटर्न जीएसटीआर-3 बी दाखिल करने के लिए 15 दिन का अतिरिक्त समय दिया है। ऐसे करदाता बिना किसी लेट फीस का भुगतान किए इन 15 दिनों में टैक्स जमा कर सकते हैं।

इन्हें मिला 30 दिन का समय

जिनका टर्नओवर पिछले वित्त वर्ष में 5 करोड़ रु तक का उन्हें मार्च और अप्रैल का 3बी रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए 30 अतिरिक्त दिनों का समय दिया गया है।

further extends the date for furnishing of belated and revised returns for the AY 2019-20 under section 139(4) and 139(5) respectively,

The finance ministry has extended the deadline for filing income tax return (ITR) for FY2018-19 by individuals to August 31, 2019 from July 31, 2019. The extension is a much needed relief as there were multiple problems being faced by individuals in filing returns by July 31. July 31 was the deadline to file income tax returns for most individuals and HUFs.
