Conditions to be met for claiming benefit are : 1. Deduction available on only Interest component and not on principal 2. No upper cap limit3. ⁠Time limit - 8 years4. ⁠Deduction available in OLD Regime only5. ⁠Loan to be taken for Self , Spouse or Dependent Children.6. ⁠Loan to be taken for higher studies in India or abroad.7. ⁠Loans from relatives , friends etc is not accepted . There should be a approved institution.8. ⁠Certificate needed mentioning Interest and Principal separately.

Unlike India , each state in US has its own constitution . Hence their business laws differs from each other . There are many types of entity structure prevalent in US , but the most common ones are LLC and C Corp .
