TWL can be a good Buy at CMP 48
Target : 72 by Feb 2020
Outlook: Sales increased by 62 %, profit increased by 135%
Now they are not only wagon manufactures, recently they won order of 1100 crore for Pune metro.
Order book is around 2600 cr.
Indian railways is going to give order of 10,000 wagons..TWL will get big chunk of this.
By March 2020 railways is going to start procurement for freight corridor, that will be another big order for this company.
TWL has taken exit from one of it's loss making subsidiary.
TWL is working on ship manufacturing, first ship is already delivered to Indian navy.
