The next upcoming compliance is to complete Annual KYC with the MCA by all the Directors before 30 September 2022.

In case there are any changes in the Directors details except for email and mobile number, an intimation is required to be filed with the MCA before filing the web based KYC.

It is very important to complete Annual KYC by all the Directors as to avoid issues while filing the Annual Return with the MCA (which is required to be filed within 60 days of the AGM)
