Setelah juggling sepanjang Desember & Januari Alhamdulillah akhirnya panglima polim sudah buka.

Bahkah sculpture di buat H-7 Soft opening dan sampe nya H-3 jam hahaha 🤣

Anyway kita buka jam 2 siang - 8 malam. Khusus untuk minggu ini kita libur di hari Rabu.

Ini bener-bener pertama kalinya membuat full ip experience dessert concept store.

Seneng banget akhirnya bisa mewujudkan cita-cita dari feedback customer yang setiap hari selalu bilang “buka di jaksel d**g kak”.

Last week was so much fun!

It was our very first pop-up event — a dessert bar takeover inside a coffee shop. Big shoutout to !

Of course, to mba mas and — without your guidance, this collab wouldn’t have happened.

Since donuts are tricky and require heavy production, we’re always very selective about joining events. Our team is still small, and our central kitchen is already at full capacity. To accommodate this event, we had to push our production limits and stretch our team’s efforts.

But being at 7 Speed felt like home. We took over the roastery room for donut finishing production five days straight — and honestly, it already feels like we’ve bonded with the place.

No wonder so many communities gather there. It’s the perfect melting pot!

Huge shoutout to the creator of all dou’s menu plus all production team, back office, and store frontliners. None of this would’ve been possible without everyone’s hard work and teamwork.

Thankyou friends who can make it to the events, It means a lot to us.

We’re truly grateful to have come this far. Hoping to make our way to South Jakarta very soon. Bismillah 🫶🏻

I know the past two weeks our energy has been a bit low, but that short getaway was truly worth it. Let’s keep praying together for the best—for us and for Indonesia.
