2026年7月24日，“ESOP上市前后全维度解析法律税务、财务与战略全景研讨会"在上海外滩FTC成功举行。本次活动由香港投资者关系协会（HKIRA）主办，吸引了近50位来自拟上市及已上市企业的董事会秘书、财务总监、投资者关系负责人及人力资源高管线下参与，共同探讨员工持股计划（ESOP）从设计到实施的全链条专业知识。

近年来，随着内地企业赴港上市步伐加快，员工持股计划（ESOP）已从传统意义上的人力资源工具，演变为连接企业人才战略、资本架构与投资者沟通的核心纽带。2024年6月港股《上市规则》"库存股新规"修订生效后，上市公司回购股份可用于长期员工激励，ESOP的设立、管理与资本运作空间被进一步打开，但与此同时，新规下的合规落地、信托搭建与披露要求也成为发行人普遍关切的实务难题。
