近來本公司接獲多位客戶查詢，市場上出現疑似偽冒匯訊會計之公司，導致部分客戶混淆。
為保障客戶權益、杜絕誤認風險，本公司特此作出聲明，內容如下:

任何 名稱近似、或新近成立之公司，與我們完全無關。針對疑似偽冒行為，本公司已交由法律團隊跟進，一切依照法律程序處理。
二、交易前請小心核實，切勿隨便付款。
敬請所有客戶收到任何自稱本公司的付款通知，務必核對本公司官方聯絡號碼、電郵、商業登記號碼、銀行賬號，小心辨識，或立即向本公司官方聯絡查詢，以保障自身權益。

三、請切勿提前付款
有關 公司周年申報、商業登記費、法定秘書、註冊地址等年費，只需在貴公司周年日前一個月付款便可，無需更早預付。公司周年日在客戶的商業登記證上有清楚顯示，客戶亦可隨時聯絡我們查詢。
有關 年度會計、核數審計安排等費用，亦只在公司會計年結期之後才需付款。
本公司多年來從未要求客戶提早繳付任何費用。如客戶收到任何未到期便提早付款的通知，請務必辨別真偽，或立即向本公司官方聯絡查詢，免招損失。

Any company with a similar name or any newly established entity is not affiliated with us. Suspected impersonation cases have been referred to our legal advisers for appropriate legal action.
2. Verify Before Making Any Payment
If you receive any payment request claiming to be from our company, please verify our official Phone / WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, Business Registration Number and bank account details, or contact our official contact details to verify before making any payment.
If you have mistakenly made a payment, please contact us immediately for assistance.
3. No Advance Payment Required
Annual fees for Annual Return, Business Registration, Company Secretarial Services, Registered Office Address and related services are payable only one month before your company's anniversary date. The anniversary date is shown on your Business Registration Certificate. Clients may also contact us at any time for verification.
Fees for annual accounting, audit arrangement and related professional services are payable only after the relevant financial year-end.
We have never requested clients to make any payment earlier than required. If you receive any premature payment request, please verify its authenticity through our official contact details before making any payment.
