Koloa Village I

🏗️ Construction Highlights
✅60 units residential phase is nearing completion.

✒️ Sales Activity
✅32 homeowners have successfully closed and moved in.
✅8 additional closings are expected within the next few weeks.

Based on the latest update, completion of the Kauhale Village residential phase is now anticipated by late September or early October 2026. Meanwhile, development of the 64 unit South Koloa Town phase is anticipated to commence in Fall 2026.

Koloa Village II
The project represents the next phase of development in South Koloa Town, adding 100 new residential units to the community. Buidling on the tremendous success of Koloa Village, the next phase continues the development of a vibrant residential community in one of Hawaii's most desireable locations.

News Update on Four Seasons Surf Club Residences EB-5 project. 🔊 🔊 🔊

Tower 1 - Seaway:
✅ Construction of the residential tower has been completed, and commercial space build-out is currently underway.
💪 Sales activity reamains consistent with previous reports.
👏 34 of the 35 units have been placed under contract with 33 units closed to date.

Tower 2 - Hillcrest
✅ All aspects to building construction is nearing completion with TCO issued in Q2,2026.
💪 Sales have performed strongly, with 100% of residences sold.

Tower 3 - Surf House
🏗️ Construction continues to progress on schedule across all major work fronts, including the building envelope, interior build-out, MEP systems, equipment installation, procurement, and permitting.

News Update: I-956F Approval 🎉 🎉 🎉

We are pleased to announce that USCIS has approved the Form I-956F application for the Cota Vera 3 EB-5 Project.

Dated May 29, 2026, the approval confirms that the project has satisfied applicable EB-5 program requirements, including the project structure, investment framework, and job creation methodology.

Cota Vera 3 is a large-scale mixed residential development located within the Otay Ranch master-planned community in Chula Vista, San Diego County, California. The project includes the development of four communities Cameo, Harmony, Serenity, and Rivano – with a total of 805 residential units consisting of 684 multifamily rental apartments and 121 for-sale homes, together with supporting commercial components. The Harmony and Serenity communities are officially under construction.
