The common denominator I keep seeing in the women I’ve been surrounded by this week is grit.

Women making decisions, taking risks, backing themselves and refusing to shrink.

There is something incredibly empowering about being in a room full of women who understand what it takes.

Not the polished version.
Not the highlight reel.
