As an admin assistant you will provide post-sales support to our merchants. We specialise in a range of Electronic Acceptance Payment Solutions. Ranging from Counter-top terminals, Bluetooth terminals, Mobile terminals, and e-commerce solutions. We cater for any business from small independent retailers to large multi outlet businesses in any market sector.
You will get plenty of variety due to the different tasks you have as part of this role, and you’ll broaden your skills as you deliver a range of day-to-day responsibilities that include but are not limited to.
· Providing 1st level support to customers ensuring everything is logged accurately and actioned appropriately.
· You must have good attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
· Providing general office support.
· Supporting our partners, field sales/tele-sales agents via phone and email.
What will you achieve in return?
On top of a competitive basic salary, you’ll be eligible for 20 days annual leave pro rata increasing by 1 day per full years’ service to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holidays. You will also be provided with training and guidance throughout your employment resulting in an increase of your knowledge and awareness.

What are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have worked within a helpdesk or customer service environment previously, but this is not essential as training will be given.
A confident, articulate, and enthusiastic telephone manner is a must, and you must also have excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate with people at all levels. Computer literate in Microsoft packages with good data input skills. Flexible attitude, calmness under pressure and an empathetic nature are also key to exceeding your day-to-day job.
