Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Rainbow Chief Executive Officer of St. James's Place Wealth Management PLC, to our Royal Wootton Bassett office.
It was a great opportunity to hear more about the direction of travel for the business and, importantly, the continued focus on making processes simpler, smoother and more efficient.
For us, the real value of this lies in creating a more friction-free experience — not just for St. James’s Place and its Partners, but most importantly for our clients.
It was also encouraging to hear about the investment in getting more from the technology and systems already in place, alongside the introduction of new solutions. Making technology work smarter and more effectively together has the potential to make a real difference to how we operate and the service we can provide.
Thank you, James, for taking the time to visit us and for sharing your thoughts with the team. We look forward to seeing how these plans continue to develop.

The Bank of England held interest rates at 4% last week, with a close 5–4 vote and a rate cut in December is now widely expected.
