The Bank of England held interest rates at 4% last week, with a close 5–4 vote and a rate cut in December is now widely expected.

In less than 36 hours 10 of our team, Aaron, Milan, Ashton, Jon Bellamy, Kyle, Luke, Sagee Abuebid Bellamy Wealth Management Ltd, Mike Harper, Ben and Karla, (none of whom have probably done as much training as they should have) will be taking part in Tough Mudder to raise funds for the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.
