National Living Wage Increase from April 2026 📊

From April 2026, the National Minimum Wage will increase, meaning higher earnings for many workers across the UK.

While this is positive for employees, businesses may also see increased payroll costs due to higher wages, employer National Insurance and pension contributions.

Now is a good time for business owners to review staffing costs, pricing structures and overall profitability ahead of the changes.
