We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑driven Admin Assistant to join our small but busy mother‑and‑daughter accountancy practice. If you enjoy working in a close‑knit environment, feel confident speaking with clients, and have a genuine willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
New client sign‑up — helping onboard new clients smoothly
Filing — keeping our records organised and up to date
Data entry — entering information accurately and efficiently
Answering phone calls/emails — being a friendly, professional first point of contact

Someone confident communicating with clients
A keen eye for detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in accountancy (experience is a bonus but not essential)
Someone who thrives in a small office environment
