As we come to the end of 2022 I want to share some of the highlights and progression for myself and O’Hara Financial Planning.

The full time acquisition of Ali Killick as office manager has really helped reduce my administration duties and enabled me to spend more time with clients, which has been fantastic.

We have around 200 clients that we now give an ongoing financial advice service too. Not only has it freed me up to use my time more efficiently for client meetings, I have also been able to hold more client events, including Cricket at the Oval, Gin tasting, Tennis and numerous golf days.

For me, this is all really important to get to know my clients on a personal level which builds that trust. I’d also like to think I’m giving something back and providing that all round service.

On a personal level this year I got married in June to complete my little family and on an academic level I have passed a further 7 exams on my path towards Fellowship/Chartered status of the CII. The office wall is filling up! Having amassed 320 credits, I just have one exam to go to reach that.
