Your assigned recruitment specialist will not only access the KHR extensive in-house database but also our bespoke candidate management system designed to broadcast client vacancies across a wide range of media, reaching a wide talent pool. We are also able to advertise on up to 25 Internet Job Sites if required. Those sites in turn have affiliates which extend our advertising to a further 40 sites including many industry specialist sites. We can post vacancies on social media including our page, Twitter, and Linkedin. Your consultant will also know how to find and approach individuals that didn’t even know they were looking, thereby delivering a completely customised staffing solution combining traditional recruitment methods with Search & Selection techniques. At KHR we believe in investing time and effort at the start of the recruitment process to understand a client’s business, hiring objectives, long term aims, job description and person specification.
