Admin & Reception Support – West Kirby Office Based
We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team in an office-based Admin & Reception role within our financial advice practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience, while also supporting a financial adviser and will writer with day-to-day admin tasks.
This role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in being organised, and is keen to learn new skills. Experience in a financial advice or estate planning environment would be great, but what matters most to us is that you’re customer-focused and always willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service.
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well organised with good attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
If you have used systems like Dynamic Planner, Intelliflo Office, or Sure Will Writer, that’s a bonus - but not essential, as full training will be provided.
There may also be some travel to Essex for a short training course as part of the induction.
